The Red Rooster
The Red Rooster; opening August 1st, 2008 will serve lunch, and dinner and will be a favorite for families and guests on the go. The menu will be comprised of appetizers, soups, salads (small and entrée), pastas, steaks, chops, smoked meats, game, poultry, seafood, and Vermont cheeses. We will offer small and full portion sizes of entrees to accommodate our guests dining needs. “Naturally Vermont” may be used to signify items on the menu that are naturally grown or produced in Vermont (possibly organic) and may have some historic significance to Vermont’s Culinary Heritage. A children's menu is available or children may order entrées at half price.
