What I love most about Woodstock, Vermont:

Shopping! Taking a stroll down Main Street, browsing Woodstock’s chic boutiques (where I always come home with a bag or five) is the perfect way to spend a day in town. Our shops have something for everyone.

My favorite attributes of our resort:

Almost weekly my family goes to Richardson’s Tavern to enjoy the heavenly cheese fondue. Or my husband and I leave the kids at home and have a date night in the Game Room. Nothing says love like a friendly competition of Mrs. Pac man over a cold beer.

What will wedding guests enjoy the most:

Our attention to detail!  From our friendly staff’s impeccable service to the beautifully kept grounds, a wedding at the Woodstock Inn makes an impression on all who attend. Oh and don’t forget the CAKE…our pastry chef will delight your taste buds and have you going back for seconds.

About me:

I am a MOM (mother of multiples)! My husband and I welcomed twin girls last year and since then life has doubled in joy. You often find us walking around the village or hiking up Mt. Peg with our beloved dog, Truffle. When Mother Nature isn’t on our side I enjoy reading Dr. Seuss, playing dress up, and watching anything that stars Elmo..

What I love most about Woodstock, Vermont:

I love that Woodstock is quintessentially Vermont! The charm of our small town casts its spell on everyone who walks the streets. No matter where you are from, Woodstock always feels like you are coming home. My favorite time of year is in the winter when the holiday lights are strung on Main Street and you can feel the warmth and love the town holds. Not to mention the great shopping!

My favorite attributes of our resort:

There’s never a dull moment at the Woodstock Inn and Resort! Be it dining at one of our fabulous restaurants, having a treatment or just relaxing at our state of the art Spa or hitting up the Athletic Club for a Pilates or yoga class (or for those more adventurous, taking part in our Spartan Training program), there is something for everyone! Golfing in the summer and skiing come winter; we want to keep you moving with events all year round

What will wedding guests enjoy the most:

The food! Our incredible chef’s create unforgettable dinging experience. Their attention to detail and talent cannot be beat! On top of a memorable wedding dinner, your guests have the options of dinning in either the Red Rooster or Richardson’s Tavern, or grabbing drinks from the bar and curling up next to the fireplace in the winter or in one of the many Adirondack chairs scattered throughout the property in the summer. If I’m not at my desk, you should check the kitchen! Either working on wedding menus or saying hello to my husband, I’m making frequent stops there.

About me:

A Vermonter born and raised, I grew up in my family restaurant south of Woodstock in Manchester. My husband and I found ourselves in Woodstock for the first time and fell completely in love with it. We moved at the beginning of 2016 and cannot wait to plant our roots. When we’re not at the Inn, we can be found checking out the local restaurants or hiking the great trails right in our backyard.
