5 years’ experience in hospitality field, progressive experience in F&B. Food knowledge and wine beverage knowledge.
Minimum age is 18. Must possess knowledge of restaurant POS system & excellent communication skills. Must be able to multi-task, stand for long periods of time & lift 25 lbs. Must be available to work flexible schedule including AM & PM shifts, weekends & holidays.
Assists the Restaurant manager in supervising & coordinating the activities of the resort Food & Beverage Department with other operating departments in the Resort in order to provide standards of quality in product and service and elegance equal in style and manner to 4 diamond status.
