2 years’ prior fine dining service experience. Wine and spirits knowledge. Experience with TOUCH system a plus.
High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum age is 18. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of food preparation, fine dining cooking & serving techniques and standard cocktails & fine wines.Dinner service, shifts begin at 4:30pm. Must be available to work flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays.
Efficiently serve all dining guests in the Red Rooster in a timely and professional manner.
