Join us in our new chef inspired Learning Kitchen at Billings Farm & Museum. The Resort and the Farm have partnered to offer classes, tastings and events with the Resort Chefs, Gardeners and the Farms knowledgable staff. 

We have a line up of culinary programs being offered in the coming year.

Wine, Wit & Wisdom

Join Woodstock Inn & Resort Executive Chef Rhys H. Lewis and his wine enthusiasts for an interactive, educational, and fun wine tasting. Sample some of the worlds' wonderful wines, paired with Vermont’s Artisan Cheeses. Each date features a different wine with a local cheese pairing. Must be 21 or older to participate.

Family Holiday Cooking & Baking

Let's get cookin' ~ Bring the family and whip up some holiday favorites with our charismatic Chef Ryan Beaudoin! With simple recipes and easy to follow instructions everyone can participate. Be sure to bring an appetite because tasting your final product is the best part.

Join Chef Ryan for these watch-and-try demos as he prepares creative yet simple dishes featuring the bounty of Kelly Way Gardens and Billings Farm Specialty Dairy Products in the Learning Kitchen of Billings Farm & Museum. In this class you will see, smell, touch, and taste, how good “Farm To Fork” food can be.

Billings Farm Culinary Academy

Explore your inner chef in this fully hands-on interactive cooking experience with Chef Ryan Beaudoin at the Learning Kitchen of Billings Farm & Museum. Academy classes feature easy to prepare recipes, using the day’s selection of produce from Kelly Way Gardens and Billings Farm fresh dairy products. Oh and don’t forget to meet the Billings Cows, a Moooving experience! Family programming including kid friendly recipes and preparations are sure to be a hit.
