High school graduate. Culinary degree or ACF Apprenticeship preferred. Must be self-motivated and well organized. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early morning, evening, weekends & holidays.
Experience: 
3 years' prior high volume banquet operations experience in Hotel, Resort or upscale dining. Saute and broiler experience a plus.
