Lead Spa Concierge
Must possess a high level of guest service, communication, phone skills & computer skills. Must be able to multi-task & work well as part of a team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends & holidays.
Prior customer service experience. Prior supervisor experience.
Responsible for performing all desk related functions including making spa reservations and checking in and checking out spa guests. In addition, taking the lead in future scheduling as applicable, for therapists and support teams, and supporting the locker room attendants as applicable. Overall guest satisfaction as it relates to the experience in the Spa. This is a leadership role within the Spa.
