Requisites: 
High School graduate. Culinary degree or ACF Apprenticeship preferred. Primarily P.M. shifts, must be available to work flexible schedule, including a.m. & p.m. shifts, weekends & holidays.
Experience: 
2 years’ Culinary experience in Hotel, Resort or upscale dining.
Description: 
Responsible for food preparation for all dining room and room service menus.
