Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Strong Food & Beverage knowledge, wine knowledge & steps of service. Must be able to create, write & maintain seasonally appropriate liquor, beer & wine menus. Must possess top organization & technical skills.
10-15 years' Food & Beverage experience in hotel or resort setting, 4-5 star or diamond Hotel experience preferred. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and food cost.
