During this six-session series of demonstrations and hands-on classes, you will receive an introduction to the fundamentals of cooking. Join Chef Rhys H. Lewis as he shares with you basic cooking techniques using the produce of Kelly Way Gardens provided and harvested by our Gardener Benjamin Pauly. At the conclusion of the three-week series, you will prepare a family meal for the series participants and an invited guest of your choice!
