Hear Benjamin’s story as Kelly Way Gardens has come to life under his watchful eye and skillful hands. Take a stroll through the Certified Organic Garden responsible for producing 10 tons of produce used in our kitchens at the Woodstock Inn & Resort throughout the year.
Afterward, join Resort Executive Chef Rhys H. Lewis in the Kitchen of our Red Barns as he takes inspiration from the Kelly Way Gardens to produce his culinary demonstration and tasting. Enjoy the natural collaboration and partnership between the Chef and the Gardner, a delight for the palate!
