Nature Chats at the Woodstock Inn & Resort
Topic: The Breeding Season
Spring is here whether it feels like it or not and the natural world is emerging from its wintertime slumber. The wildlife of New England, from birds to bees, have one thing on their mind: new life. For Vermont’s avian population, that means a nest full of hungry baby birds to feed. Discover the amazing courtship rituals and breeding antics of Vermont’s raptors and learn what life is like inside the nest. This event FREE and open to the public.
Join VINS educators to engage in a natural science discussion all while enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the lovely Woodstock Inn. A twenty minute, informal presentation will explore a particular topic surrounding our natural world followed by an extended discussion with the audience. Come and discover how amazing our natural world is.
