Date Night Cooking Class

Join Billings Farm & Museums's Farm to Table Manager, Chef Emery Gray for a date night filled with local, seasonal ingredients!

This Date Night Cooking Class will feature Italian cuisine.  The menu will feature comfort food made with traditional methods, simple recipes, quality ingredients, and a rich palate. Couples will have a chance to dine on their delicious creations on the Billings Farm Terrace. The evening will conclude with a delectable dessert prepared by Chef Gray, former Pastry Chef de Partie at the Woodstock Inn & Resort.

Space is limited to six couples aged 21+.  Pricing is $170/couple, or $160/couple for Billings Farm members.  Participants may BYOB.
