What I love most about Woodstock, Vermont:

Outside of the incredible beauty of the village, I love the Ottaquechee River that meanders through our valley where nature takes course and mankind embraces it with activity such as fly fishing, canoeing and kayaking, or taking a dip on a hot summer day! The bonus in Woodstock is our national park; it is a gem and the only one in Vermont, right at our fingertips.

My favorite attributes of our resort:

How can you get bored? You can’t! Excitement lurks everywhere! The golf course is my favorite place with its classic Robert Trent Jones design which brings me back in time, yet it challenges me to be a smarter golfer every time I play it. Tip: Bring many extra golf balls and a water retriever! The other is Suicide Six Ski area! Our ski mountain is about experiencing the history of skiing and feeling at ease because the staff makes you feel like family… and the Chili is to die for!

What will group guests enjoy the most:

This is easy…our staff! Over and over again, I am told with have the most friendliest and hospitable staff anyone has ever experienced! And, of course, orienteering on snowshoes with our resident Navy Seal!

About me:

I like to mix up my activities for variety, but my all-time favorite is ice hockey as I continue to play. I love golf with anyone who wants to play with me, running in the national park, paddle tennis, and of course spending as much time that I can with my family and my Labs! Last but definitely not least…dining out!

What I love most about Woodstock, Vermont:

The natural beauty of the landscapes, the historic homes and buildings in the Village and the sense of community when you are here is what I love most about Woodstock. I love the unique character of the shops…it’s the best place to Christmas Shop!

My favorite attributes of our resort:

The location and setting are the best attributes of the Resort in my opinion.  The Inn is situated across from the Village Green, just a short walk to the boutique shops, galleries and restaurants and to the hiking trails on Mt. Tom and in the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Park.

What will group guests enjoy the most:

Our groups appreciate the personalized service they receive from our event coordinators during the planning phase and the flexibility and knowledge of our dedicated on-site conference service personnel. As a sales representative for the Resort, having a staff that consistently exceeds our guest expectations gives me the confidence to enthusiastically sell our Resort as a first class destination.

About me:

With 20+ years in the hospitality industry, I returned to the Resort after raising my three children.  Outside of work I enjoy road cycling, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and working in the yard and gardens with my family.  I also swim with a group of Master swimmers and make time for Pilates and Spin classes before work.  My volunteer efforts are dedicated to serving on the Boards of Children’s Hospital At Dartmouth and Kappa Kappa Gamma at Dartmouth College.

What I love most about Woodstock, Vermont:

I love the village of Woodstock and the historical value. Woodstock is truly one of the prettiest villages in all of America. The awareness that we all have of the area helps keep the quaintness and makes us truly one of a kind. The story of George Perkins Marsh, the Billings Family, and the Rockefeller Family is very intriguing to me. My favorite historical fact: We have four Paul Revere bells in the village!

My favorite attributes of our resort:

I love that the resort is in the heart of the village and you can walk to everything. I especially enjoy all our outdoor spaces including our South Lawn where you can cozy up in an Adirondack chair with a Rockefeller martini, or sit by our fire pit on a cool fall evening...in winter our Nordic Center is my favorite!

What will group guests enjoy most:

I love that the Resort is a true Vermont experience. From the Vermont craft beers and spirits, the cheeses and the coffee; so much is locally purveyed. Our three acre garden supplies our guests with a very unique farm to table experience supplying amazing fresh produce and flowers. My favorite cheeses: Plymouth Grace’s Choice, named for Calvin Coolidge’s wife.

About me:

I enjoy running, and Woodstock has the best  areas to run (including the Run to the Pogue in the National Park). When I have time, I hop on my BMW motorcycle and try to find new roads (or trails) to explore with my husband or friends.

Amy Jenne - Conference & Event Manager

What I love most about Woodstock, Vermont:

The close knit community that makes you feel like you are home, regardless of whether you are in for a short visit or staying permanently! Where else can residents and visitors enjoy annual events like our Alumni Parade each June to the Taste of Woodstock in August, Chili Cook-off in October & the famed Wassail Parade in December (if you have not been before- Wassail Weekend is the perfect time to visit)!

My favorite attributes of our resort:

The Kelly Way Gardens — a true farm to table experience! From a former hillside to a garden bursting with tons of produce, there is nothing that says Vermont more than a late summer snack of our delicious Heirloom Tomatoes and seemingly endless vegetables.

What will group guests enjoy the most:

The Spa is a gorgeous place to unwind and relax after a day of meetings or exploring Woodstock. The Signature Treatment is incredible and something all should try at least once! Our Signature Lavender Cookie following a treatment is not to be missed!

About me:

If no answer- try the barn! I enjoy riding and competing my horse Tiger and am in the barn more often than not. My dog, Charlie, is usually not too far behind. My husband and I found our little piece of heaven in Reading where we love to cook and spend as much time as possible outside!

What I love most about Woodstock, Vermont:

Woodstock, VT has a way of captivating those who venture from near and far through its beauty and history, but my most favorite attribute of Woodstock is the people who have the opportunity to call this wonderful place home. The community of Woodstock is one of strong tradition, historical ties, and celebration. Whether you stop by in the spring to see the celebration of baby animals in their handmade sweaters at Billings Farm, or the fall to witness the beautiful parade of decorate horses during Wassail, you will always leave enchanted by the beauty and tradition of Woodstock.

My favorite attributes of our resort:

Again, my favorite happens to be the sense of community. No matter what department you visit at this resort, you will always find a smiling face to greet you. We are fortunate to work with a team of individuals who believe so fully in supporting the hospitality and service of this resort, that it trickles into our everyday interactions with one another.

What will meeting guests enjoy the most:

Along with our warm and friendly staff, our guests will enjoy the atmosphere of our Resort. Whether you are here on business or for pleasure, guests never anticipate their reluctance to return home until after they have experienced a night at our Resort. The calm, relaxing atmosphere has a way of pulling people back in. Who can refuse cuddling up under a Vermont Flannel blanket by our grand fireplace with a warm beverage? I know I can’t.

About me:

If you don’t see me around town walking my cat, you can find me cuddled up inside knitting my days away. Creative by choice, open-minded by nature, I love to hear about the things that inspire those around us. I am completely invested in myself and others trying new things, especially when they make us happy!
