A Message About Richardson's Tavern Re-Opening

Woodstock Inn & Resort, Executive Chef Matthew McClure, and his culinary team are excited to announce the reintroduction of Richardson's Tavern. The all-new culinary experience with ingredient-driven menus and redesigned interior will have a familiar and gracious presence through friendly service and casual ambiance. The rich color tones, unique artwork, and warm lighting are an exciting departure from the traditional pub or tavern design, without venturing into classic fine dining. Expect local farms to be highly featured on dishes made to share, with a menu of offerings that will keep you wanting to come back and try more!

The design of materials — from printed menus, to digital items, to merchandise — closely relates to the tone of the restaurant's new vibe. Lino-cut style print block illustrations anchor the design with a nod to a timeless art style, earthy colors set the bold-yet-unpretentious tone, and the playful, unexpected illustration and color elements showcase a personality that matches our fun-filled approach to dining.

We look forward to sharing the new Richardson's Tavern with our community and guests starting Thursday, June 19.

The Red Rooster will continue to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, with a children's menu available.
