June 2022 - The Red Rooster, one of the region's most highly regarded restaurants, sources many of its ingredients "from the hotel's own organic garden-Kelly Way Gardens" — the garden grows more than 200 varieties of vegetables, 50 varieties of herbs and edible flowers, 200 types of cut flowers, 75 varieties of berries and orchard trees, and a mushroom glen.
