The Woodstock Athletic Club at the Woodstock Inn & Resort is the area’s premier facility for health and recreation. The club offers lessons from USPTA-certified instructors, court rentals, swimming, cardio and weight equipment, movement and cycling studios, outdoor trails, fitness and yoga classes, and an indoor pool 一 all under its 42,000-square-foot roof.

The Athletic Club is located 1.4 miles down the road
from the Inn on Route 106.

*Children under the age of 13 are permitted in the pool deck area and tennis courts only with the supervision of an adult, age 21+. Children may not be in the pool or on the deck during scheduled adult fitness classes. Children ages 10 or under are not permitted in the whirlpool or sauna at any time. Children are not permitted on the Strength & Cardio equipment of the club at any time.

We are an official lululemon dealer and stock favorite workout and lounge apparel for men and women. For our tennis players, we stock Wilson clothing and gear, as well as Furi racquets. Other apparel like swimsuits for the entire family, branded items like hats and sweatshirts, and a great selection of snacks are available in the Woodstock Athletic Club retail area. 

Activities at the Athletic Club

Tennis

One of New England's best racquet facilities, our Athletic Club boasts 12 indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Book a court time or join in one of the Tennis and Pickleball classes!

Swimming

We have swimming available in 2 locations: Behind the Spa alongside the South Garden (seasonal) and at the Athletic Club, located 1.5 miles south on Route 106.

Yoga & Barre

Our movement studio is the perfect space to find your breath, then put in a fantastic workout. Join in a great yoga or barre class - complimentary for Woodstock Inn guests.

Fitness

Join in a fitness class, work out in the full-service gym, or take a dip in the indoor pool at the Woodstock Athletic Club - all complimentary for Woodstock Inn guests.

Pilates

Experience the transformational effects of a Pilates reformer workout in our state-of-the-art Pilates studio at the Woodstock Athletic Club.

Pickleball

Pickleball is available at the Woodstock Athletic Club on select indoor courts. Book a court, arrange a tournament, or join in an open court time!
