Pop-Up Shred Yoga
Get your morning moving with this 30-minute Yoga Shred class with Amanda. Start and finish with a yoga warm-up and cool down, and challenge yourself with Tabata yoga moves of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest - it's 4 minutes of work, and a lot of fun!
