Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE®) are exercises that assist the body to release stress and tension held deep in the muscles. In this class, we’ll activate a natural mechanism in your body to create a shaking or vibrating sensation within the muscles. This process ultimately causes the muscles to relax, calms your nervous system, and allows your body to return to a more balanced state of rest. This is a great post-workout recovery!
