The Golden Season

With a chill in the air and a crunch underfoot, late Fall feels like a prelude to the snowy holidays to come. But you don’t have to jump on skis yet – this time of year is golden in Woodstock. The grand oaks on our front lawn dawn rich amber leaves, the hiking trails are blanketed with a crisp, colorful layer, and all the boutiques in town welcome you into their warm shops with cozy sweaters, scarves and hats for sale among twinkling lights and glorious Autumn displays.

Foliage Season Keeps Sharing

This year’s fall foliage has been simply incredible, and we are so thankful for this wonderful season. The combination of sunny days and chilly nights has brought the most vibrant hues to our hillsides, and the Season keeps sharing!  All around the Village and up on the mountains fall colors are still blazing. Admire the dapper doorsteps and Autumn decorations around every corner in the Village, walk along paths coated in fallen foliage, look up to the trees to enjoy the vivid colors still hanging on, and if you’re quick, catch a tumbling leaf for extra luck in the coming year! If you can’t make it here in person, enjoy all the photos of the season shared with us on Instagram, and book your 2020 visit so you won’t miss next year’s amazing Autumn.
