Fitness Classes
One of the highlights of activities at Woodstock Athletic Club is the fitness classes. Here, you can sign up for 30 minutes to an hour of personal training. Or, if you have a routine in mind, take advantage of the strength, cardio, and weight rooms. In the fitness area, you will find space for cardio with treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes; a Weight Room with dumbbells, medicine balls, and rack weights; a Personal Training Room with weights and machines; a Cycling Studio with Technogym bikes; and a Strength Area with Technogym machines.
Knox Meadow Fitness Loop
If the weather is nice, plan to work out outside at the Knox Meadow Fitness Loop. This one-mile outdoor route has 10 exercise stations. The loop takes you to Mt. Peg and back through Knox Meadow. Each station targets different parts of the body from various workouts, such as the Overhead Ladder, Log Jump, and more.
