We’ve received over 13 inches of fresh snow in the last 10 days and it’s turned the fun for February all the way up to eleven. And we’re just getting started! It’s hard to not feel the love in the magical winter wonderland of Woodstock, Vermont. - Want to hit two parties in one night? February 18 starts with Jazz Fest: A New Orleans Story film at Billings Farm, followed by a Mardi Gras bash with live Jazz. Next up, the annual Torchlight Parade and party with dancing in the lodge at Saskadena Six!
- Get cooking with our chefs! From Sushi to family movie night snacks, you’ll be guided through how to make your own bites to enjoy.
- Bingo, trivia, movies, karaoke, and dance parties! Family fun of all kinds to pick from.
- Enjoy a moment of peace and allow yourself to fully relax during our expert-led Soundbathing.
- Light the Night at our luminaries’ glow celebration! Decorate your own lantern and watch the night light up.

What’s winter in Woodstock without some sliding on snow? Alpine skiing or snowboarding at Saskadena Six is a smile-inducing, thrill-seeking, can-we-go-again-tomorrow kind of activity! With the dedicated learning area and easy-to-ride SnowDay carpet lift, the mountain is the perfect place for first time skiers and riders. Book a private lesson for individual attention that is sure to make you love the sport – our Snow Sports School is busy, please reserve your lesson in advance. While the newbies are gaining confidence, the experienced skiers can take to the slopes and shred trails ranging from buttery groomers to challenging steeps! Across town at the Woodstock Nordic Center, a day is not complete without a joyful selfie at the peak of Mt. Peg or Mt. Tom. Whether cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, the windy woods trails will lead you through historic forests and deliver you to stunning views of the village and mountains beyond.
