Savoring Soup Season

After the garden harvest, we get excited for some of our favorite late fall flavors! Warm soups are the perfect tasty dish to savor the season. Chef Matthew McClure has shared his take on a classic: Butternut Squash Soup. You’ll need:

  • A Butternut Squash, Onion, and Carrot – source from a local farm for the best flavor!
  • Pancetta – find a great butchery to buy from!
  • Fresh thyme, fresh sage, cinnamon stick, cayenne pepper
