Please note that specific room and location requests are not guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate special requests based on availability during your stay.

Check-in Time is after 4pm. Check-out Time is prior to 11am.
At check-in, we authorize your card for the full stay plus $250 per night for incidentals. At departure, we only charge actual expenses, and any unused amount is released.

For guests staying in our dog-friendly rooms, we kindly request that you review our dog policy prior to arrival. 

Nightly Rate: If you are staying multiple nights, the nightly rate reflects the total rate of your stay averaged over the length of your stay, excluding the daily resort fee, 10.00% tax and any other incidentals. Taxes and fees are subject to change.

The Resort Fee includes the following amenities and services: Billings Farm & Museum Admission, Morning Coffee, Tea and Hot Cocoa, Afternoon Tea & Cookies, In-room Nespresso Coffee, In-room bottled water – refreshed daily, Access to Digital Newsstand, Athletic Club (Fitness Equipment, Indoor Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna), Athletic Club Class Participation (based on availability), Shuttle Service to town and Resort Recreation Centers, Parking, Mt. Peg Hiking Trail Preservation, Business Center Use, Local Phone Calls, Game Room, Cruiser Bikes (Single Speed), In-room streaming movies.

All meals are currently served at our award-winning Red Rooster restaurant. The Fairway Grill at the Woodstock Country Club is open for lunch Wednesday through Sunday, from 11am to 4pm. Please note that Richardson's Tavern is temporarily closed and will reopen on June 11th. Cancellations must be received by 4pm (Eastern Time) 14 days prior to your date of arrival to avoid forfeiture of one night's room plus tax. All refunds are subject to a $30.00 fee per room. No refunds for early departures.
