Candlelight Tension Release Exercises & Deep Rest
Settle into a cozy, candlelit evening of deep release and rest. We’ll start with tension release exercises that use the body’s natural somatic shaking response to unwind stress stored in the muscles and connective tissue. From there, we’ll move into long, nourishing restorative yoga poses and supported holds for deep relaxation.
