Cookstock: A Bookstock Culinary Experience
Join us for a memorable evening celebrating Vermont’s vibrant food culture as part of Woodstock's Bookstock Festival. Hosted at our beautiful Kelly Way Gardens, this special event brings together acclaimed cookbook author Gesine Bullock-Prado and Executive Chef Mathew McClure for an unforgettable culinary experience.
With menus inspired by Gesine’s celebrated cookbooks My Vermont Table and My Harvest Kitchen, guests will begin the night with a signature cocktail and an opportunity to meet Gesine and have books signed. Dinner will follow, accompanied by a conversation with Gesine and Chef McClure about their approach to cooking, seasonal ingredients, and the inspiration behind the evening’s menu.
