Come experience our beautiful gardens while Executive Chef Matthew McClure makes this event even brighter with handcrafted menus. Each dinner features a local farm's specialty while celebrating the bounty of Kelly Way Gardens.

This event's menu will be crafted around the freshest early summer produce available from the gardens, featuring the colorful pastry artistry of our own Chef Philippe Niez! Fully vegetarian menus can be specially accommodated, please make a note on your reservation or call 802-457-6609 to speak with our concierge.

July 12th Feature: Pastry Chef Philippe Niez

The Woodstock Inn's French pastry chef, Philippe Niez is excited to host a Red Barn Dinner! Expect stunning techniques, flakey crusts, and a menu full of savory and sweet items with a colorful theme.

Classically trained in pastry, Chef Philippe is also an accomplished chocolatier and worked in England, France, and Germany before settling in Vermont. His masterful baking can be enjoyed everywhere through the resort - from The Spa's signature lavender macarons to the delicious burger buns at lunch, and the scrumptious cookies served every day, not to mention the breakfast pastries and the always unique dessert menus!
