The number is used to identify you as an employee of the Woodstock Inn & Resort -- it is not used to link your answers specifically to your name. Mercer never informs resort management about any individual’s survey responses.
Your responses will be submitted directly to the Mercer database for processing, making this completely confidential. Results of the questionnaire will be reported back to the Woodstock Inn & Resort and Billings Farm & Museum executive leadership in summary form so that an individual’s responses cannot be identified. While this is a voluntary survey, the more employees take part, the more representative and useful the results will be.
