Woodstock Inn & Resort Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. Use of Gift Cards
Woodstock Inn & Resort gift cards are redeemable for accommodations, dining, spa services, golf, skiing, retail purchases, and memberships at the Woodstock Inn & Resort.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
3. No Expiration or Fees
Gift cards do not expire and carry no service or maintenance fees.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards
Gift cards should be treated like cash. The Woodstock Inn & Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, and such cards cannot be replaced or reissued.
5. Balance Inquiries
Guests may check their balance online, by phone, or by contacting Guest Services at the Woodstock Inn & Resort.
6. Restrictions
Gift cards may not be used for gratuities or applied toward group/contracted bookings, including weddings, conferences, or special events, unless otherwise stated.
7. Fraud
The Woodstock Inn & Resort reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Changes to Terms
The Woodstock Inn & Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
