What is the Work Anniversary Recognition Party?
The Work Anniversary Recognition Party is a celebration to recognize and thank employees who have reached milestone work anniversaries. It’s a chance for the organization to show appreciation for the dedication and contributions of our team members.Why are we bringing this event back?
We want to continue building a culture of appreciation and recognition. Bringing this event back allows us to celebrate employee milestones and highlight the commitment of our staff. This event is to honor the dedication and hard work of our long-time team members and to return some of the joy that they have shared with so many of our guests over the years.
Who is invited to attend?
Because we were unable to host this event in recent years, the 2026 celebration will be a catch-up event and recognize all Full‑Time and Part‑Time employees with more than five years of continuous service. Individualized invitations will be sent to those who are invited and they will be permitted to bring a plus one.
Who will be recognized?
Employees who have reached milestone work anniversaries this year will be recognized during the event.
What will happen at the event?
The celebration will include: recognition of our honorees, food and refreshments, photo opportunities, entertainment, and time to connect with colleagues.
Is attendance required?
Attendance is encouraged but not required. This party is not considered to be paid time. We hope everyone can join to help celebrate their coworkers.
When and where will the party take place?
June 3, 2026 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Billings Farm & Museum
What is the dress code for the party?
We expect to see everything from dresses and suit jackets to jeans and T-shirts—and we welcome all. Please note that group photos will be taken and you may want to consider how you would like to look in those photos.
Is there anything employees need to do to prepare?
No preparation is needed. Just come ready to celebrate and show appreciation for your fellow team members.
