Woodstock Garden Day

A trio of iconic gardens welcome everyone on Saturday, August 17! Our Kelly Way Gardens, Billings Farm & Museum, and the formal gardens at the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park have all partnered for a day of garden events, tours, tastings, crafts, and more.

Kelly Way Gardens: Flower and family tours with our gardeners, berry ice cream making, and our 9th annual Great Tomato Tasting!
Billings Farm & Museum: Sunflower House tours and story time, educational garden programs, and herbal tea happy hour!
National Park: Outdoor yoga, live music by the Vermont Fiddle Orchestra, crafts like bouquet making, and park ranger-led tours!

The James Beard Award-Winning Chef will cook alongside Resort Executive Chef Matthew McClure, showcasing his southern cuisine intertwined with local ingredients and subcontinental foods. The night will include a signed copy of his James Beard Award-Winning Cookbook “I Am From Here"!

Thursday, August 29: Chef Roshara Sanders

Chef Sanders, just named a ‘2024 Game Changer’ by Food & Wine will join Resort Executive Chef Matthew McClure in the Red Barns for an evening of elevated comfort cuisine! She has made history as the First Black Woman Culinary Professor at The Culinary Institute of America after serving our country where she earned Campaign Medals from Iraq and Afghanistan and a Navy/Marine Achievement Medal.

About the Red Barns at Kelly Way Gardens

Our chef’s table dinner series in the renovated historic barns is one of a kind. A truly farm-to-table experience, guests meander the rows of fresh produce grown in our Organic Kelly Way Gardens during cocktail hour before stepping into the beautiful culinary studio where our chefs prepare local ingredients right before your eyes. The 4 course meals include expertly chosen wine pairings, with unique menus for each seating. Join us for one of these special events during the summer season!

Foliage on the Links

Our 18-hole golf course is one of our favorite ways to enjoy the colorful fall scenery! With beautiful maple trees alongside the fairways as the course winds beside the lush forests on Mt. Peg, there are plenty of opportunities to see stunning foliage. Our Woodstock Country Club also includes extensive practice facilities with a driving range, putting greens, and sand traps. The fully stocked Golf Shop has top brands and gear with some of the friendliest staff in the US (according to Golf Advisor), and the Fairway Grill has local beers and fresh lunch options to round out your fall golf trip.
