An Extra Sweet Season
When the sap begins to run, you know it’s an extra sweet time to visit us in Woodstock, Vermont. Sugar Season is the special time of year when local farmers tap maple trees to produce our world-renowned Vermont maple syrup, each gallon of which requires nearly 40 gallons of sap!
Sugar Season is also when you can find sweet treats and extra sweet specials. Tap into relaxation at the Spa with our multitude of full-service treatments and therapies. When it’s time to bring back mementos and presents, our Gift Shop carries fantastic Vermont crafts, artisan souvenirs, and all sizes of locally made maple syrup.

We have an expansive list of activities for everyone, and 10 weeks of Kids Summer Camps jam-packed with outdoor exploration, biking, swimming, golf, tennis, creative play and so much more! These camps provide flexible fun with half-day, or full-day sessions so you can treat yourselves to some adult-only pampering, and also have time to explore our family activities. Our Golf and Tennis pros are ready to teach new tricks to all ages, our fleet of cruiser bikes is waiting to tour the backroads and enjoy Vermont scenery, and our culinary teams are eagerly preparing energy-packed and scrumptious bites to keep everyone invigorated. Savory & Sweet Springtime
Two of our favorite holiday brunches come around during Springtime! Easter Sunday and Mother’s Day at the Woodstock Inn & Resort mean delightful dishes, splendid sweets and family time. Our tasty menus include Spring Asparagus Salad with a scallion and roasted mushroom vinaigrette for Easter Sunday and our Super Creamy Vermont Mac & Cheese with toppings like crispy bacon, local sausage and broccolini for Mother’s Day. Both brunch events will highlight an assortment of finely crafted desserts and sweet bites straight from our pastry kitchen, such as everyone’s favorite, Macarons!
