Winter Fun in Woodstock
We have been skiing…a lot! Mother Nature and Old Man Winter collaborated to bring us the best ski conditions in a decade with over 53 inches in the past two weeks. Whatever type of snow sliding that you enjoy, we have it!
Last week, we hosted our 4th Annual Snowshoe Face Race with 60 racers and a large raucous crowd of onlookers at Suicide Six during Après Ski. President’s Week is loaded with family fun including the Torchlight Parade at Suicide Six. To cap off the week on February 23rd & 24th we will host the 2nd Annual Abe-BERM-ham’s Fat Bike Slalom & Endurance Race. The conditions are allowing for so much excitement.
Saturday snowshoe treks to our Mt. Tom cabin for lunch have been a huge hit with Nordic Director Nick Mahood. The x-country skiing surface looks like silk offering such a beautiful glide. In fact, Dartmouth College’s Nordic Team often comes to practice at our Center because of the outstanding conditions and the varying terrain.
We are also looking forward to another maple sugaring season this spring offering our Sugar Season Escape, Extra Sweet, and Suite Deals packages. Contact reservations to learn more. Moving onto summer plans, our ever so popular Red Barn Dinners are now open for reservations, and our summer family programs and camps are heating up.
President’s Week is Upon Us.
We will be here, and so will you, we hope! If you haven’t yet made your reservations there is still mid-week availability. What is in store? Let us show you what we have planned…family fun schedule, outstanding food for everyone, and amazing signature cocktails and craft brews for Mom and Dad. Game room competition will be jumping after a day on the slopes, or following a day of lounging by the fire. Please join us this year or plan ahead for this family fun and activity packed break next year. Reserve today!
Red Barn Dinners at Kelly Way Gardens
The schedule is posted for this year's summer series of mouthwatering Red Barn Dinners at our Kelly Way Gardens. If you have not visited and joined us yet at Kelly Way Gardens, you are certainly in for a treat. The Gardens were developed six years ago by our Master Gardener Benjamin Pauly, and were specifically designed to provide fresh produce to all our restaurants. Since then, we opened the Red Barn Dinners at Kelly Way Gardens that host an inspiring culinary studio and a creative garden studio. This is where Benjamin and Executive Chef Rhys Lewis perform their magic. So come back and stay through a Sunday night so you can experience this unique culinary feast.
What’s New? Brunch!
Yes indeed. That old favorite pastime with a modern twist served a la carte is back at Richardson's Tavern. Our culinarian masters have served up a delicious brunch for you to savor every Sunday through April (except February 17th) from 11am to 2pm. They are so excited about this offering and want to share a recipe with you. The question is, do you taste it here first and then try to create the recipe back at home?
