Led by internationally acclaimed Pilates instructor Angela Moore, this all-levels mat class combines breathwork, balance, and core-conscious movement to improve posture, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you'll leave feeling centered, energized, and ready to embrace the day ahead.

Our Wellness Studio is intentionally designed for small-group instruction, creating a welcoming environment for personalized guidance, meaningful connection, and mindful movement. Space is limited to 8 participants.

Please note: Wellness Studio classes are offered independently of Spa services and do not include access to Spa locker room facilities or Spa amenities. Spa treatments may be reserved separately.
