Angela Moore
Angela is an internationally acclaimed Pilates instructor with more than 30 years of experience teaching the classical STOTT Pilates method. Having trained throughout Europe and the United States, she combines breathwork, balance, and mindful movement to help participants of all levels build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate lasting wellbeing.
Amanda Uryase
Amanda is a certified yoga instructor with 11 years of teaching experience and more than 20 years of personal practice. Trained in Forrest Yoga, Energy Medicine Yoga, Yin Yoga, and through the Soma Institute’s 200-hour teacher training, Amanda creates welcoming, all-levels classes that blend breathwork, functional movement, and a thoughtful approach to each student’s unique body and journey.
Richard Enderlin, NBC-HWC
Richard is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach who believes slowing down is essential for well-being. As an Integrative Health Coach at the Woodstock Inn & Resort and a Health & Wellness Coach with the University of Vermont Health Network, he guides guests through experiences combining mindfulness, nature, reflection, and practical wellness. His approach is warm, approachable, and inspired by Vermont's quiet landscapes. Outside of coaching, Richard is an avid runner, writer, and musician who finds inspiration on the trails and in the changing seasons.
