Begin your Saturday with a mindful and energizing practice designed to strengthen your body and calm your mind. 
Inspired by the restorative beauty of Vermont, and led by Amanda Uryase this all-levels yoga class invites you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching, you'll improve flexibility, build strength, and find a greater sense of balance—leaving refreshed in both body and mind.

Our Wellness Studio is intentionally designed for small-group instruction, creating a welcoming environment for personalized guidance, meaningful connection, and mindful movement. Space is limited to 8 participants.

Please note: Wellness Studio classes are offered independently of Spa services and do not include access to Spa locker room facilities or Spa amenities. Spa treatments may be reserved separately.
