Billings Backyard Mixology Workshop: Summer's Fresh Delights

Shake up your summer with Summer’s Fresh Delights Mixology Workshop, the first in a three-part Billings Backyard series. Billings Farm & Museum is delighted to be partnering with the James Beard Award-nominated team at Wolf Tree in White River Junction for a garden-to-glass date night experience. Participants will get hands-on experience with herbs, fruits, and vegetables picked at their peak, paired with spirits and simple syrups to craft bold, balanced cocktails. From understanding terroir to exploring the art of mixology, participants will stir, shake, and sip their way through crafting three seasonal cocktails using Vermont-made spirits, and enjoy local snacks.  Whether cocktail connoisseurs or curious beginners, all are welcome to enjoy this flavorful and fun-filled evening on the farm. 

For ages 21+. $150/couple or $140/member couples, includes all materials, professional instruction, artisanal tastings, and take-home skills that will elevate your mixology game for years to come.
