POSTPONED: Billings Backyard Series

Billings Farm & Museum has launched Billings Backyard, a series of monthly workshops designed to teach sustainable living skills to adult participants.

The first workshop in the Billings Backyard series will take place on Saturday, April 25 from 10am-12pm, and will feature the topic of Beekeeping and Pollinators. Led by Troy Hall of Hall Apiaries in Plainfield, New Hampshire, the workshop will cover the basics of beekeeping, why it’s important, how you can support native pollinators, the benefits of local honey and the medicinal properties of honey.

Thanks to a generous grant from the SpringRiver Private Foundation Trust to help underwrite Billings Backyard, participation will be affordable to all. Pricing for each monthly workshop will vary. For additional information, contact 802-457-2355.

General Admission to Billings Farm & Museum is included for guests of the Woodstock Inn & Resort.
