This event's menu will be crafted around the freshest summer produce available from the gardens, featuring input from our own Kelly Way Gardens Manager, Taylor Heirs! August 30 Feature: Kelly Way Gardens

Our Kelly Way Gardens Manager, Taylor Heirs is excited to join in for this Red Barn Dinner! The freshest heirloom produce will be the star of the plates, with locally sourced proteins lending to the balance of the meal. Taylor Heirs oversees the whole 3+ acre garden and, with his team, tends to the large number of specialty varieties grown.

Kelly Way Gardens is a farm-to-table program started from scratch, providing the Woodstock Inn & Resort with an on-site holistic food supply straight from the ground. We specialize in unique and heirloom varieties and provide culinary inspiration to our chefs and beauty to the Resort with over 200 varieties of vegetables, 50 varieties of herbs and edible flowers, 75 varieties of berries and orchard plantings, a mushroom glen, and 200 varieties of cut flowers.
