Virtual Class ~ Bodyweight Bootcamp

Join Andrew via Zoom to focus on building strength and put forth a full-body workout. This class includes a dynamic warmup, core strength circuit, upper and lower body exercises, and stretching. Modifications and progressions for all levels.
