This special wine dinner offers a rare opportunity to explore these distinctive wines through a guided tasting experience paired with a multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Matthew McClure. Each course is thoughtfully designed to highlight the character and nuance of the evening’s selections.

The night begins with passed appetizers and a welcome pour, followed by a seated dinner and guided wine presentation. The experience concludes with dessert from our pastry team and a final perfectly paired selection.
