Wine Dinner Series: The Essence of Maple
A tribute to Vermont’s most iconic ingredient, The Essence of Maple showcases maple woven throughout inspired dishes, thoughtfully paired with carefully selected wines. Celebrate the flavors of sugar season in our beautiful Garden Terrace, where the calm of the season sets the tone for an elegant evening.
The night begins with passed appetizers and a welcome pour, followed by a seated dinner featuring a winemaker presentation and a menu curated by Executive Chef Matthew McClure. The experience concludes with a dessert from our pastry team, paired with a final wine selection.
