Enjoy the relaxing benefits of Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as "Yogic Sleep," which promotes deep rest, mental calm, healing, introspection and tranquility. This class includes a gentle flow practice followed by a long and deep guided relaxation. Prepare for a centered and productive mid-winter week! 

With Shoshana Belisle, MSW, MA, RYT, trained in Vinyasa Yoga tradition, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in the field of Mind-Body Medicine practice and research.
