Join us for the next wave of Red Barn Dinners featuring Resort Executive Chef Matthew McClure and his seasonal cuisine! Enjoy our fresh from-the-garden, locally sourced, and chef-crafted menus at our hugely popular Red Barn Dinner Series. Dinners include specialty wine pairings. Fully vegetarian menus can be specially accommodated, please make a note on your reservation or call 802-457-6609 to speak with our concierge. 

Our menus are chef-crafted utilizing the freshest ingredients, this may cause our menus to change last-minute. Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to dinner. No-shows will be subject to full charge.
