Vermont Compliance Certificate & Waiver Information

Please read this message carefully. The State of Vermont requires we collect some COVID-19 related health information from you before your visit. 

Governor Scott of Vermont has outlined a reopening plan which includes a process that progressively reduces travel restrictions to the state over time. Currently, the plan requires all guests to fill out a Certificate of Compliance Form linked here. This form needs to be filled out by each person 18 years or older staying at the Resort.  The instructions below can help you to appropriately complete this form as some counties in New England and New York as well as all other states have quarantine requirements. You may use this map as a reference to determine which guidelines apply to you: 

• If your county is green or blue, signifying that restrictions have been lifted, you have no quarantine requirements. 

• If your county is red or yellow, or you are from a state outside of New England or NY, you will need to follow certain quarantine guidelines as stated in the compliance form.

• Please complete and submit the form to us within 48 hours of your arrival.  

• You can also find a diagram that simplifies this process here. 

A reminder e-mail will be sent 48 hours in advance of your arrival. You will be unable to check-in until this form is completed.
