On the day of your arrival, plan for a refreshingly unique meal in Richardson’s Tavern. Located right at the Inn, you can check in, relax, and join us for dinner without needing to leave the building. The ingredient-driven menu features highly seasonal cuisine, designed to share. Order a few garden plates, a fresh seafood appetizer, and a large-format dish so everyone at the table is encouraged to interact, share, and taste everything!
Day 1: Red Rooster & More
After a luxurious night’s sleep, the hearty breakfast buffet in the Red Rooster will hit the spot. Fill your plate with fresh juices, breakfast classics, and amazing house-made pastries. For lunch, head to the deck at The Fairway Grill. Don’t let the classic Country Club setting fool you; the plates pack serious flavor! After a beautiful day exploring Woodstock, don’t miss the Inn’s daily tea and cookie time at 4pm. Then, join us back in the Red Rooster for a welcoming dinner focused on local ingredients and regional flavors.
Day 2: Woodstock Village
With so much delicious cuisine yesterday, you may want to simply grab a coffee and stroll through the village this morning, stopping in a local bakery like Farmer and the Bell or Mon Vert for a pastry. By lunchtime you’ll be hungry again; grab a seat at the bar or in the dining room of the Red Rooster for an approachable menu of tasty sandwiches and plates that will hit the spot! If this is a Thursday or a Sunday, plan to experience a Red Barn Dinner event this evening. These multi-course, chef’s table dinners with wine pairings and hyper-local ingredients are something truly special. Or maybe you’ll want to enjoy a simple evening of room service dining while staying cozy in your guest room!
Departure: Breakfast or Brunch
Take your time this morning, stretching out each moment in Woodstock a little longer. Fill your plate at the Red Rooster breakfast buffet once again, or, if you’re departing on a Sunday, don’t miss the Fairway Grill’s Sunday Brunch menu on your way out of town. Taste different specials each week, like stuffed French toast, 3-egg omelets, and fresh fruit parfaits.
