The Woodstock Athletic Club at the Woodstock Inn & Resort is the area’s premier facility for health and recreation. The club offers lessons from USPTA-certified instructors, court rentals, swimming, cardio and weight equipment, movement and cycling studios, outdoor trails, fitness and yoga classes, and an indoor pool 一 all under its 42,000-square-foot roof.

The Athletic Club is located 1.4 miles down the road
from the Inn on Route 106.

Facility Use

Access to lockers, pool, whirlpool, tennis facilities (court reservation required), and all exercise areas.

The Athletic Club sauna and steam rooms are closed during locker room renovations: July - November, 2026. See below for renovation details.

*Children under the age of 13 are permitted in the pool deck area and tennis courts only with the supervision of an adult, age 21+. Children may not be in the pool or on the deck during scheduled adult fitness classes. Children ages 10 or under are not permitted in the whirlpool or sauna at any time. Children are not permitted on the Strength & Cardio equipment of the club at any time.

What's Happening

Locker Room & Steam Room Renovations!

During the summer and fall of 2026, both locker rooms and the steam room will receive all-new flooring, tiling, fixtures, plumbing, counters, and lighting!

Phase One – Women's Locker Room & Steam Room (July–Mid-September)
During this time, the men's locker room becomes a co-ed space.

Phase Two – Men's Locker Room (Mid-September–End of November)
The renovated women's locker room becomes a co-ed space, the renovated steam room reopens, and pool and hot tub access is available via the lobby doors.

Please note: For the full duration of both phases, the sauna and the outdoor patio off the pool will be closed.

We are an official lululemon dealer and stock favorite workout and lounge apparel for men and women. For our tennis players, we stock Wilson gear, as well as Furi racquets. Other apparel like swimsuits for the entire family, branded items like hats and sweatshirts, and a great selection of snacks are available in the Woodstock Athletic Club retail area.
