Join us for the next wave of Red Barn Dinners featuring Resort Executive Chef Matthew McClure and his seasonal cuisine! The meals with accompanying wines will feature the bounty of Vermont and New England by utilizing fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients anchored by produce from our own Kelly Way Gardens. The Red Barn Dinners Series cuisine honors our local farms and artisans; similarly, we celebrate our community through our gathered-style dining arrangement.
